CandleCuties.com is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability will be for the amount of your purchase only. Purchasing our products signifies that you accept this statement, and releases us from all liability.

 All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or delivery. For your convenience we accept Paypal instant transfer from checking, Credit Cards and money orders via mail.
 
All orders will be shipped by USPS. We also allow customer pick up. Shipping is calculated at checkout...if you do a customer pick up your shipping will be refunded. 
 
 Since our products are hand poured upon request, most of them are ready to ship within 7 to 10 days, but there may be up to a 14 day delay during busy seasons. Also during the busy season orders may be delayed due to suppliers.
 
 CandleCuties.com will not share information with any other party.
 
 Returns: If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact us via email either to Angie@candlecuties.com or Shari@candlecuties.com.   Product must be returned for verification. Upon verification you will be refunded for the return shipping.  
 
 Replacement products will be in the same scent and color as original order. We will not accept returns unless there is damage or a physical defect in the product.
 
 You may cancel your order within 24 hours. After 24 hours, there will be a 10% of your total order price cancellation fee.

Shipping Rates for Orders within the Continental U.S. are listed below. Please note that there will be additional Shipping Charges for Orders outside of the Continental U.S. Orders will be shipped within 10 to 14 days.

Tips/Warnings

Always keep wick(s) trimmed ¼ inch to prevent excessive smoking or a torch flame.
Never burn a candle where there is a draft present.
Always burn our products on a flat, stable and heat resistant surface.
Once lit, do not move candle until cooled completely.
Keep the wax free of wick clippings, matches and other flammable items.
Keep candle away from children & pets.
Failure to follow instructions can result in injury, fire or smoke damage.

NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED!!
